Currently our projections file is shared by all users.
We try to keep up to date, but we will gladly add any projection that does not conflict an an existing one or cause any issues with the overall system.
The EPSG file is world readable. You may view the file from a shell connection.
To request / submit a new projection or report a conflict, please open a trouble ticket.
