To expedite trouble ticket response, all Cloud / VPS products are given the user msp_sup. You may remove or disable this user if you choose.
Although, if the msp_sup user is not allowed to login, we will ask for your root credentials. It is best to keep the msp_sup user active with a non-jailed shell.

We will only gain access to your server if you request assistance. The msp_sup account has no other purpose.
